AnJwebdesign was created by Aron Norberg and it's locally operated in Washington State, USA. AnJ stands for Aron `n` Joy. Joy is my wife and she inspired me to start building websites. The first website I built in HTML using only notepad was
Twiki. I wanted to build a website so I could put pictures of Joy and me together so our family could see them. I'm very proud of her she is the love of my life.
I had a lot of fun teaching myself HTML and learning how to troubleshoot problems as many times the site didn't work. I later went on and learned advance HTML and started to learn Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) and how CSS can clean up your code and make things much easier. Then I went on to teach myself some basic JavaScript, wow now that?s not easy but I really like how JavaScript turns a static website into a dynamic website.
I haven't taken any official classes for building websites, I'm self taught from books and internet, however, that could change in the near future. There still is so much to learn and I've only reached the tip of the iceberg. Building websites for me is a hobby more than a side business. I charge a small fee for building and hosting websites but I don't rely on it to make a living; it's just a little extra fun money.
Even though building websites is just a hobby AnJwedesign is very serious about making a professional website for its customers. All websites are custom made how the customer wants it and no money due until after the work is done; you see it, you like it, you buy it.
